She was cupping her belly before there was anything to even cup, wore that massive coat at Eugenie's wedding to get rumours swirling, announced her pregnancy to family at Eugenie's wedding... all that combined with the "coat flicking" she does to ensure the bump is on display for cameras at all times is an obvious sign that it's vanity/narcissism.
It could be her PR people wanting her to really use public appearances to show off her bump to try and garner sympathy from english mothers, but it does seem incredibly narcissistic and cringey the way she's constantly adjusting the way she's viewed to exact a better reaction. Screams of manipulation, but they're a family stuck in the constant manipulation and speculation of the media, and when it boils down, who really cares if the baby isn't hers?

I definitely don't think this helped Megan's reception to the public. It would be funny if it comes out that Harry did get a member of staff pregnant, that the royal family hired an actress to play to role of his wife to prevent further embarrassment, but I'm not so sure I buy it, nor do I think it's something people should care about.
