It’s so true that the word of God is “ spirit and life.” Because everytime we pray this psalm, the Holy Spirit recall to our minds the true value to each one of us because of God creating us in his divine image and commanding us from the beginning of creation to have dominion over everything He created for us … So, in front of this great privilege that God granted us out of his love and sheer goodness, we have a great responsibility which is, to not let ourselves to be dominated or enslaved by anything or anyone.
“ I no longer call you slaves, because a slave does not know what his master is doing. I have called you friends, because I have told you everything I have heard from my Father.” John 15:15
“ For freedom Christ set us free; so stand firm and do not submit again to the yoke of slavery.
For you were called for freedom, brothers. But do not use this freedom as an opportunity for the flesh; rather, serve one another through love.
For the whole law is fulfilled in one statement, namely, “ You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
