what was the point for disney to initally agree to produce these movies under their banner but later transferred them to touchstone pictures? If they knew those films are not for children, they would have never agreed to produce them to begin with.
Well actually, Michael Eisner originally wanted the film released under the Disney logo until Jeffrey Katzenberg felt it didn’t really fit the mold of a typical Disney film, hence the reason it got released under the Touchstone logo.
