One thing I love about the acoustic versions is the fact that Vics voice is raw. With cracks and breaks, it makes the music even better because it shows that he is in fact human, where as recordings are flawless.

I have noticed that every time he sings "It'll be alright" be sort of breaks down (either starts to cry, gets softer, stops, etc) and I know that like must be really important to him but I don't know why.
Sarah Beasley it's more likely he forgot the lyric. Trust me, I should know, I do it all the damn time. Definitely not ruling out the possibility of him getting emotional though.

at the world tour both concerts I've seen him perform this song he always breaks down at "it'll be alright" and he kneels down and crys and just looks at the crowd in awe and its heartbreaking yet beautiful
