the few more added patients is whether general patients or covid patients has to be mentioned to solve the question. if the added patients is covid patients covid patients = 1512 C : G = 7:2 7X=1512 X=216 2X will be 432 (general patients) new ratio is 15:4 1512+X/432=15/4 on solving value of X would be 108.

Thing like you have 10 items and your friend have 20 items so the ratio is 1:2, now each of you added 10 more items in you previous items now you have 20 items and your friend will have 30 items so the new ratio will be 2:3. Ratio changes when no. of items or students changes. I hope you get my point.
