The Serpent Viper 988E is the electric version of the 988 gas car. It brings together all our experience in Nitro 1/8th and 1/10th Electric Touring cars. The Viper988E features the race proven geometry, bulletproof driveline and super smooth shock absorbers of the 988 Nitro car, with the weight distribution, flex options and belt drive layout of the 4X touring car.

is the serpent 988e the only Electric 1/8th on-road race car, is there a Special Class that race these type of Cars? how many laps does it make with a full charge?

Do you gotta switch pulleys out to different sizes for speed runs or just keep stock ones in? Do they come in mod 1 or 48p like gears or? New to belt driven cars, but want to build a speed run serpent 988e, just don’t know much about pulleys and different belts and if they need to be swapped out when doing speed runs?
