The most famous hit of a iconic band in an unrivaled gorgeous, phenomenal performance by Diana Ankudinova ( 18 y.o.)
Personal Jesus (Depeche Mode / ROCK METAL VERSION cover)
Please react to Diana Ankudinova !
She is called the queen of goosebumps, a unique voice - contralto with polyphonic overtones!
She has insane and unique vocals and great stage presence and her performances (from the show You are Super ! ( win twice ) are gorgeously choreographed and you should find them very interesting. Top song choices are up Can't Help Falling in Love, Wicked Game, Derniere Danse, Blizzard, Human, River. She is really an amazing young artist!

He is such a fabulous singer and song writer. He sounds just as good live as he does on the studio versions. He also has loads of fantastic songs so keep listening to anything by him.

If you haven't already, please listen to his song, "For You" which is also from the wildlife concert. He has always been one of my all time favorites...so very sad when he died. Thank you for listening to his music!

Met him twice……He was genuine, warm, friendly…..spiritually inclined without mentioning it and BOTH times I walked away a better person for it. Unforgettable. He was a balanced activist (Earth Day original) before it was cool to be one…..and his career suffered because of it…..With that said; his music is eternal.

This was a number one pop hit from 1975, and also crossed over to country charts. I always figured he wrote it for Annie. I don't know for sure, but I expect there were a few things to be sorry for. Regardless, I love his music for it's simplicity and for his ability to paint a picture. Try Rocky Mountain Suite (Cold Nights in Canada) from the Farewell Andromeda album. Here's a link. ua-cam.com/video/T_OAZHSmmzU/v-deo.html This is someone's slide show, I didn't find a live performance. Hi to handsome Lucky.

That song always makes me on the verge of tears. He was just amazing and you just really feel the words and his pain. One of my favorite songs by John. Thanks for the reaction!!! I've been waiting for SOMEONE to do a reaction to this song! Thanks again!

He was such a talented poet and musician. You called it-he sang about real things and real feelings. There was never any ugliness in his songs. He was a lovely human being, a hard-working conservationist and ecologist. He worked hard to make a difference in the world. I really miss him!

I used to listen to John Denver and cover his songs back in 1973 when I was learning how to play the guitar and sing in high school. I bought many of his music books and saying many of his songs and have been listening to him since the early seventies. I also believe he has an instantly recognizable voice. Great reaction. Exactly how others react to his singing and song writing.

John Denver....one of my favorites and that instantly recognizable voice. Somehow I hadn't heard that song before. He always wrote and sang about real stuff. You nailed it. He was an activist in environmental and humanitarian causes and founded the World Hunger Project.

To get that bike of yours going faster check this one out: John Denver - Thank God I'm a Country Boy (22 March 1977) (5:05). And if you're not familiar with the musicians that he introduces at the end, they're all worth a listen on their own.

Yes, the proceeds from this went to the World Wildlife Fund. John was very generous. The Royalties from 3 songs, went to 3 different charities (big $$$). Plus all his behind the scene donations and time. He was a true warrior for the planet. He is 51 at this concert. His voice matured nicely from his earlier 70s songs. He said Annie and him were in a good place when he wrote this, had come through an intense time, that he wrote it for all men out there to say it for them, the lyrics kinda say differently (Annie his first wife).
