Just said a prayer for you to regain your spiritual strength to walk the narrow path again. Definitely give fasting a chance. Start off with a 24hr water fast, or a 3 day sunset fast where you will pray, worship and read the word. The sunset fast you only eat raw(uncooked) fruits and veggies after sunset and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Just said a prayer for you to regain your spiritual strength to walk the narrow path again. Definitely give fasting a chance. Start off with a 24hr water fast, or a 3 day sunset fast where you will pray, worship and read the word. The sunset fast you only eat raw(uncooked) fruits and veggies after sunset and drink plenty of water throughout the day. We are to stay in the spiritual “gym” always strengthening ourselves in the presence of the Lord!! Be well my sister!!!!
