Rear head rest can be tilted down for better vision and the doors on the one i had was perfect, no rattle. Guess you just test drove a bad one..

Text drove one of these, no balls compared to my Titan. Plus the Fords doors rattled and the rear seats head rest obstruct your vision. Poorly put together. Chevy is better.
