I did try this on my 2009 Jeep Wrangler and it worked! BUT once I started it back in the morning, the issue was there again. Any idea why that would have happened?
Do you know what the actual problem is? I have this code and also P0868 on my 2013 town and country and it also does the hard clunk on D and R. It’s also in limp mode. Thanks
Man your telling me.. I'm a small business owner (father and I) and we've got the snap on zeuz rolling cart and all the fancy attachments with touch screen and dock roughly 8 years back and it doesn't do alot of features our older matco scanner would. Like a slap in the face for 18k 😢
For that price it would be cheaper for the dealership to reset it. Appcar DiagFCA resets this code and is only $50 online. The elm327 connector for your laptop costs roughly $25 Every dodge/jeep/Chrysler forum uses and swears by this OBD software setup. Not everyone has big bucks to throw away on a diagnostic tool so why don't you guys offer the working cheaper tools as well?
@@sickperformance and the thinkdiag 2 can perform the clear variable line counters and output tooth counters? I've got p1745 code and my engine is in limp mode until I can clear the counters
@@jessicamartin321 yes. It has the function for that. Since I had already cleared it with a different scanner, I could not verify 100% if it does work. But it does have the option to select that feature and clear the counters.
For those who are wondering, I used ProDiag X431. With a ThinkDiag 2, an affordable option, you should be able to do the same.
La única explicación que me funcionó, gracias
Thank you brother your video was helpful for me

@@asfullasempty don't know what everyone else issues were but I has this and it was because my tranny was complete toast
Does the thinkdiag obd2 clear the code as well or does it have to be the thinkdiag2
Which scanner are you using?
Hi. What is the exact scan tool that you have to clear this code? I’ve tried several of the x431 scanners but they do not have this function.
I use an easydiag 2 with ProDiag. To get it to work that way is another story.

Can anyone do this for mine? I'll pay
Is it Thinkdiag in the video?
ProDiag. Though I do have ThinkDiag and it has that feature to reset.

Cuál es esa aplicación
ProDiag. Busca algo similar Diagzone
Just once id love it if people shared the name of their scanners that can perform this operation so other people could do this too.
I used in that video an easydiag 2 with ProDiag software. You can get the same results using a ThinkDiag 2 or similar.
