Brother I'm 54 years old and started making beats by mistake two years ago. I am still not that good, but your video just motivated me with the tools to get better and most importantly keep bangin!
Thanks Archie, thats motivation on its finest. I´m 23 now but do actually sometimes feel old af... Idk sometimes a bit pessimistic when its about producing and learning DAW. I never was into programs and other PC stuff cuz I grew up without a computer and was focused on school and sports outside BUT music was like my first love, it was always my passion and I always wanted to create some music on my own. So now I got my own PC, my own money and finally got an opportunity to start producing. FL Studio, ATH M50X and AKAI MPK mini mk3 are the things I got straight into my little "home studio" and I hope that I will cook some fire beats one day, hopefully asap cuz I love music so much. If anyone is joining producing right now, leave a comment and let´s start producing together. I think it is always better to start something in a group/company. Peace
I have never gone to a music production school! Because of passion, I have managed to make and make beats on FL studio. So far, what I lack is a MIDI keyboard and Monitor speakers! Let's keep going. It's day 20 and i love it more!

You are welcome. Wow that's awesome. Welcome to the wonderful world of music production. I'm dropping lots of videos soon so be on standby. I hope they can help as well.
Very helpful, thank you! I’ll be checking out your references. I was a music major and I continue to study music. I’m new to producing and you’re right, it’s a different thing to write/produce it. I haven’t studied too many producers, but I’m starting to. I like Justen Williams, CeCe Winans’s producers. My DAW is Reason 11. I’m in the process of learning how to use all of it’s features. I love your studio! Great atmosphere, ambience, lighting, and lots of equipment.
My brother produces music but when he tries to explain it, I just can't seem to get it. So, I realized that Imma just have to learn a different way. Thanks for the video!

I'm fortunate that I've worked with some of the people on my list and have learned from them
I’ve been interested in music for as long as I can remember, but it’s only now at 25 that I really wanted to venture into learning about the process. I really hope I can stick with it and learn, I’m honestly having trouble, but I’m gonna do my best to get through it! Some of my favorite producers are actually Korean Hip-Hip and R&B producers like GRAY, CODE KUNST and the duo GroovyRoom. Thank you for this video and for inspiring people to continue their journey into music! Much love! 🔥

What I learned from this video :
- focus on finding your genre & who your influences are. learn from them.
