For the first one between Greg, Steven, and Pearl, Sunset Quartz sounds just about perfect. Even more so when you think about the name parallels: Steven/Greg UNIVERSE, SUNSET Quartz. It just fits!
For the Pearl and Bismuth fusion: one name I've commonly seen for this fusion is Ammolite. Ammolite is an organic gemstone made from fossilized shells of ancient sea snails, so it has a great similarity to pearls structurally and by marine life association, and like bismuths ammolites are rainbow-y in color scheme.
When Steven and Greg fused it was the best and I felt like in that moment he got the thing he'd been searching for all those years ago, but a different and more special connection. It was beautiful and so many things expressed in that scene. I love he finally got to do that, and become the rock star he'd always tried to be as well. Steven brings out the best in everyone!

According to what I found, iris agates represent spiritual balance (specifically notes the seven chakras), bringing confidence and energy (fulfill one's desires), clarity (being able to see the truth without being misled) and strength (strong relationships)! Considering the growth Pearl and Bismuth went through in the series, I think this name would suit their fusion so well!
I think green diamond would still be an anime badass just because even though they're in peacetime the diamonds are generals/warlords. Also was waiting for the Garnet+Peridot fusion!
Ya know, Geokinesis, or the ability to manipulate Earth, would kinda be extremely overpowered in Steven Universe if you think about it, Gem's are Rocks/Minerals, so if you did have the powers of Toph you could reasonably just snap your fingers and shatter a gem, probably why they didn't have any characters with major showcases of that ability
For the first fusion I think that they should be called 'Turbo Sunset' to combine both of the names you mentioned, the fourth fusion I think they should be named 'moldavite; because it is used to leap and go faster which can show how the diamonds are becoming more modern and open minded, and the last one should be 'tourmaline' because of its pink to mid rainbow look. |^^|

Not only does it fit with bismuth being a metal and Pearl having her Rainbow themes it also fits as Titanium is a very strong metal. Rainbow Aura Titanium (or RAT if you prefer) is also a man made crystal like bismuth. Its also highly linked with Quartz which adds in a connection to Rose. RAT is said to help find your own inner strength and power. Its all about finding your true potential and promoting positive change in your life which I think fits perfectly with Bismuth and Pearls arc...
I love all of these fusions! We have been ROBBED I would also love to see a fusion involving Jasper. Not only because she is the literal love of my life, but I think she likes fusing more than she lets on. If she would realize that you can fuse not for power, but just for the sake of fusing, I think she'd be a permafusion with the right partner

He’s fused, and probably was just crying, when he has a realization about rejecting parts of himself hurt his ability to be happy with himself, and he looks at the baddie. The baddie laughs at him, seeing this “big leader” brought to tears, “And I barely had to lift a finger! He did it all himself.” the baddie says. In one smooth move, Stars wipes his tears and pushes his hair out of his eyes. “I did treat myself bad, you’re right. But I’m not afraid of myself anymore. The difference is, you still should be.” And I imagine probably unleashes an awesome scream hybridizing PD’s “crack year walls” scream and lion’s “portal roar” as well as the diamond shaped YD cut out of the wall when she fought Blue, and shouts a hole in the nearest wall, scaring the baddie. He continues to yell escape plan orders for the crumbling battlefield they are in, creating tunnels of sorts as he does so just with his voice alone. In doing so, he saves the baddies too.
Ever thought of Steven Universe introducing a new threat. Like maybe one that emerged from the other planets they colonized. Maybe some inhabitants managed to escape and survive in the far reaches of the galaxy, and are looking for revenge or believe they have to stop the galactic plague of the diamonds (without knowing they changed) Or maybe somehow a gem predatory organism was created/ born to hunt them, taking parts from Ben 10 omniverse.
I'd like to see a Fusion between Crystal Gem Pearl & Spinel, they seemed to have a small amount of history together since they know each other pretty well, and a Fusion between the two of them would be interesting to say the least, with Pearl's Ballet skills, Fighting moves, and Physical Balancing skills, combined with Spinel's Cartoonish moves, Extreme Flexibility, as well as the fact that she was meant to be an Entertainer, I can see their Fusion being heavily influenced by the late Michael Jackson, like when they fuse, their Fusion likes to put on a show where it does a lot of physics defying dance moves while singing a song, and mixes some Martial Arts into the dance to fight with while avoiding getting hit itself, and since Pearl wields a Spear but is also good with Swords, while Spinel has no Weapon but showed that she is quite skilled with a Scythe, their Fusion's weapon could be a Performer's Cane with a hidden Sword inside, and given everything that happened & all, CG Pearl may be the only Gem that Spinel might be willing to fuse with.
Perhaps for the Pearl and Bismuth Fusion, Aventurine would work to represent the self-healing they found through each other? Or Chalcedony to represent creativity and self-confidence?
I think a good Steven-Greg-Pearl fusion name would be Harmonic Quartz. It represents both the Musical aspects of all 3 and the harmony they’ve finally have between Humans and Gems

I'd have loved to see an episode where Smoky or Rainbow 2.0 are taking care of Onion and something happens where he's put in danger. Vidalia sees it and gets worried, grasping them by wrists and begging them to save Onion before fusing with them due to her raw emotional state and saving Onion "herself" in a sense. Would have been a cute way to confirm that Steven could fuse with a human and a gem at the same time.

Fun fact!: gems fusion releys on the dance pattern of themselves, if two gems were to dance elegantly, that's how their fusion would look, which is also based on trust, Confidance, and most important Love!
You mention how well certain gems/people get along especially with the final yet give her four arms. Note that the number of arms indicates instability in the fusion. The more arms on the fusion the more unstable the relationship is, which is why malachite has no legs and all arms. Also it's weird that Lapis, a gem that controls water, makes malachite, a gem that doesn't react well when exposed to said water.

I wish lapis and peridot did fusion,it would've showed how they overcame their fears over time,I kinda wished garnet and peridot fused aswell since she was the first person to ask peridot,I would've loved to see peridot finally ready to fuse with garnet whenever she was ready to,that opportunity is still there,garnet never asked anyone before,and it felt like she was willing to wait until peridot was comfortable with fusion,I'm curious what the fusions would look with with garnet and peridot and with lapis and peridot if we gotten them over time,it really would've showed how far they've come

The fusions of steven and lars + pearl and buismuth look like they could have been ripped from the show they're so good! Not saying that the others aren't good but those 2 really just fit so well!

Also for the Pearl and Bismuth one, I think Rainbow Verdite would be perfect. According to Greek lore, it represents the goddess Gaia, or Mother Earth. With both Pearl and Bismuth being OG Crystal Gems, nobody is more "Earth" than them!!

I'd have loved to see an episode where Smoky or Rainbow 2.0 are taking care of Onion and something happens where he's put in danger. Vidalia sees it and gets worried, grasping them by wrists and begging them to save Onion before fusing with them due to her raw emotional state and saving Onion "herself" in a sense. Would have been a cute way to confirm that Steven could fuse with a human and a gem at the same time.

You mention how well certain gems/people get along especially with the final yet give her four arms. Note that the number of arms indicates instability in the fusion. The more arms on the fusion the more unstable the relationship is, which is why malachite has no legs and all arms. Also it's weird that Lapis, a gem that controls water, makes malachite, a gem that doesn't react well when exposed to said water.
