The first tool with all the spikes was created to cut servings of angel food cake. It is harder to cut this cake with a knife. The second one I have never seen, but my feeling is that it was probably used for either dessert, pies or savory pies. The first knife that she were using for butter with the little pointy things at the top that was created for cheese and the pointy things were to be able to pick up that piece of cheese. The second one I did not get a good enough look at the tool to determine what it was the third long skinny one Was created for pats of butter or balls of butter that were for individual servings. The salt ones I never seen but I do not believe they were used for cooking as they are too refined. I have a large collection of salt spoons and they all come with little dishes used at each personal place setting. The ones you have are a mystery. The coin purse was used to hold calling cards which were placed on a silver tray on entering as a visitor to a home in the afternoon. It also held the dance card of a young lady with gentlemen names as to the order they would with.
I knew a woman with a sterling silver purse similar to that coin purse but even more decorative. It was so cool. Told her family to keep that safe. Cool item.
I love all the vintage stuff kitchen gadgets I would like to see more vintage knives even kitchen knives and maybe put a good edge on them and test them against modern Cutlery.
C'mon man, Go outside. How are the bees, and the boys, and the goats, and the chickens? You drew us in by sharing your life. Pick up that camera and go for a walk!
I can just imagine Taras at the grocery store asking bakery what’s the “squishiest cake?” Lol so much love for Taras
Squishiest “keek”
Big phat bundaaaa
Taras didn't have any use for a comb, so he used it to cut a cake.
That made more sense considering hes bald😂
5:38, antique opium cooking spoon maybe 😂
I was thinking that but he’s so wholesome I didn’t wanna say anything lol I’d rather just carry on
@@violetkalico this is why I came here. To see if anyone else thought of it
I’m gonna tell my kids this was Vladimir Putin.
Maybe he is......
Bahahaha!
🤣
This comment didn’t age well lol
This comment aged like a well used sock👀👀😂
There is only one medicine I can think of that you heat up on a spoon.
🤣🤣😅
They were for mixing up heroin or cocaine shots back when it was legal.
@@justinanderson267 yeah “back when it was legal” let’s just say that 😂😂
Yea that dope spoon has probably seen alot of hotels in its day
I think the "salt shaker" is actually a tea spoon. You put sugar in it and stir
Yes
I mean, why would it be sugar? For tea. You literally just throw it in. That thing has holes, salt shaker seems better
It looks like a way to spread confectioners sugar
Anybody here grew up in the 70's sees an afro pick in the first cake cutter.
I need that cake 😭
You want that cake but you need it, same with me.
Yes me too i love cakes
That cake looked so moist!
Me too 😭😭😭😭😭
It looks so good!
5:35 "...to maybe warm up... umh... _wathever they would be putting in here"_
Very unique folding spoons
Some sweet heroine spoons bro.
He uses his toes
I was thinking the exact same thing. All burnt on the bottom and everything
Looks like they used heat to warm something up
Lol I was thinking the same hahaha 🤣
For Absinthe.🙄
That was a meth spoon....
loved the bathroom update and the coin evaluation. Interesting stuff.
I came here just to see if anyone saw the burnt spoon
That sterling coin purse is so cute❤ he finds the coolest stuff
5:03 the first spoon looks like an absinthe spoon. You put the middle part with a sugar cube and melt it over a glass
They are measuring spoons for cooking. One is a teaspoon and the other a tablespoon....
Youre2a dummy.
He thought it was to cut a cake 🤣
Gotta love the collectors attitude! Nice gadgets 👍
Yay more reuploads.
Dislikes from the workers who put the door in the opposite way lol

Whoever owned that spoon before you was melting heroin....
That second folding spoon was probably a heroin addicts spoon at one point.
The CO2 corkscrew would make a nasty wound if you used it as a weapon.
Didn’t any of your parents ever heat up your cough syrup with a lighter and a spoon?
That cork opener seems like a lifesaver
The real benchmade is the only one without a crooked sticker on it.
I knew a woman with a sterling silver purse similar to that coin purse but even more decorative. It was so cool. Told her family to keep that safe. Cool item.
5:36 😳😳 that’s QUESTIONABLE
i thought at beginning it was a dog groomer and the knife part clears the hairs from the long part
I love the new intro : gotrighthere it is so refreshing😁
Here i am so stupidly cutting my cakes with a regular knife!
Man what does he do with all the products at the end of it tho......he has over a thousand products
Epic yard sale?
Great use of a hot comb to cut cake !! Lol
Haha! 😁
Lol vintage dope cookers
You came early and am fasting and hungry
I like how he always test the weirdest gadgets

Wonder what was cooking in that spoon?
Sugar cube for Absinthe.

The odd looking one is for angel food cake I think ..
I definitely want to see more knife comparison videos. I love your knife vids too
I think the butter things are for cheese too!
Loved to see the bathroom update!
One of the best reviews for gadjiks
who else is laying such tiles? In Poland, it was arranged like this from 15 years ago and it was already obsolete then
I wonder if this what Ice Cube meant when he said, "Got the cake cutter in my back pocket"
(song: Enemy)
Vintage heroine spoon for giving medicine to kids 😳
Back in the days, the bigger one was called a pick for some guys with afros.
That was a pretty vintage druggie spoon...
I love all the vintage stuff kitchen gadgets I would like to see more vintage knives even kitchen knives and maybe put a good edge on them and test them against modern Cutlery.

It’s so cool seeing taras in public!
Those are nice cake breakers 😉
Holy cow, how many bathrooms do you have? Lol
We use to say the wire cake cutter was my grandma comb when we were little.
The 1st knife is cheese knife, right? That’s what we use them for in the UK with cheese boards?
cheese
The cake knife with Tangs is for Angel food cake only.
The first knife that has long prongs. I'm pretty sure it's used for rectangle cakes to make straighter cuts???
It's for angel food cakes
that coin bag is really cool... :)
The butter knife is mainly 4 cutting cheese.
C'mon man, Go outside. How are the bees, and the boys, and the goats, and the chickens? You drew us in by sharing your life. Pick up that camera and go for a walk!
I'm here for the Cake )
Where is he now?
His name is making less and less sense watching his videos now
Being a husband and now father has ruined his name
Will stick to knives rather than cake cutters. Both of them dribble crumbs all over!
Keep up the awesome videos 🙂
That's really cool!!
I still dig the videos....but you should spend that $1,000 on an editor.
The comb like cake cutter is meant for Angela Food cakes.
Angel
Great video, I think we saw the wine opener before, but still very awesome gadgets !
Someone was cooking up their heroin in that folding spoon 🥄 lol
What made you angry? I noticed the red knuckles.
Looks like someone was freein some base with that spoon.
Sorry Tarus, but if spending a grand on all that you seriously need to find a better supplier.
The so-called cake looks more like a chocolate-glazed bread
5:35 I'm afraid you got a used one from a drug addict
*Black people are probably laughing so hard watching your video using their Afro combs from the 70's to cut your cake. LOL.*
🤦🏽♀️🤣🤣
Cake breakers😭😭😭😭 have to love him
What is the salt shaker spoon thing called?
Cake is much better then the weird gadget
I’m hungry
