Believe it or not, these are actually outperforming my Jaybird Vista 2's. Fit is almost identical to the Jaybirds as well. My Vista 2's crapped out after 6 mo, Jaybird will not back them. Looks like I'm a JBL person now........
Had the same warranty experience with Jaybird. One bud stopped charging after 3 months. Received a warranty replacement pair and they lasted 3 months with the exact same issue! Called Jaybird and the representative said I was lucky to even get the replacement pair but that they weren’t doing anything else. Jaybirds are indeed, trash.
I noticed something regarding the transparency feature that you were explaining how it picks up all the background noise. If You tap the right or the left one I don’t remember which one but if you tap one of them the transparency noise will go away and it sounds perfect

Make sure they’re charged, open the case and put the buds in your ears and they should enter pairing mode
They say it doesn't play loud enough
They are effin loud and bold. You gotta play songs with it continuously so that it get breaked in, which results to releasing its true sound quality.
