Not true the 740 was still being built till late 1992. The 1990+ 740 Turbo had 13 mm rods & Mitsubishi turbo 162 hp 195 torque stock with plus kit 180+ hp 225 torque approx. The Redbook engine started in 1985. Easily possible 400hp out of these engines!
