सुबह का नास्ता Morning Break Fast for Village Farm Workers। Sweet Dessert SUJI HALWA

सूजी हलवा एक मीठा ब्यंजन है। इसको सेमोलिना semolina भी बोलते है। इसको मिल्क, चीनी, घी और पांच मावा मिलकर बनाते है. भारत में ज्यादातर सबेरे का नास्ता में खाया जाता है. Recipe- melt the ghee add the sooji and stir fry over medium/low heat. Dissolve the sugar in the water finally mix sugar solution into the soojee mixture . Stop the heat when sooji is light brown sugar solution and the and bring to a boil, then simmer till the liquid is absorbed. Finally add dry fruits almonds, cardamom and coconut mix.
