Hi I'm an owner of Aithussa I can say it's very stylish and very decent compare to other brands. But there is one problem, the company failed to provide the correct specs of the unit like battery life, speed and the after service. I'm trying to get some help with my unit for two months now they never replied back to me. Once you bought the product you are on your own. The unit has different specs depending on their supplier and builders, some parts were inconsistent. This is just my experience as an owner of one unit. I'm a bit disappointed about their service. Please consider it's Filipino made but you will have such a hard time with them with the service.
Sad, at marami nga ako nababasa in regards to their after sales na hindi nga daw maganda kasi hindi na daw sila nag rereply after mabili ang unit. Eto pa naman sana yung plan ko bilhin kaso nakakatakot pala.

As on our end, we checked all of our clients and made sure everyone is well attended to. We also checked just now that we don't have any client named Kenji nor received any complaints nor unattended issues. In case you have issues, then you may read the information on the warranty coverage and assistance channel we provided you and not just rant publicly as this is only seen as seeking attention or intention to defame rather than resolution. Each client is provided with a sales certificate and basic manual where it is indicated there that for concerns, you need to call us at 0916-663-9745 or email us at kg.supremo.ebikes@gmail.com. We actually checked just now, and no name of yours appears in any of our call logs.
In case you are a legit customer of ours, know how to contact us properly and not jump into posting hate comments upfront without resolving thru the right channels.
Also, please note that publicly posting a complaint does not help us improve and does more harm than good - it can tear down a small business like ours specially knowing that this is a start up Filipino Company, and along with it are the people who depends on it for survival. It has been a tough year for everyone including our industry. Everyone works hard to deliver the best service we can to our clients and we continue to work in improving as we are aware the us, like everybody else is not 100% perfect. buti na lang nabasa ko comment mo, nalilito din ako sa specs, yung ibang branch nakalagay, 650w, yung iba 800w, and then may ibang post na 4 shock absorbers vs ibang post na 6. pangit pala after sales, sayang ang ganda pa naman nito.
@@bebemoon new models po are at 800w now. And this "person" on a dummy account is also just a dummy person who wants to defame. We did a fact check and called all of our LEGIT clients and none of them have problems with assistance. Unless someone wants to be assisted by not contacting US directly. Ranting on UA-cam channel and not contacting Supremo Ebikes directly. There's no way to resolve specially if you don't tell us who you are exactly. Our branches are open and so as our line. Call us anytime. If in the instance that you called us and we are assisting another client. We also do call back. But never ever say that you are not well assisted where in fact, we do so well with our clients.

Hello sir. Our latest unit is equipped with upgraded motor of 800 watts. So driving in slope terrain is not a problem. Fully charged battery can run from 30 to 50 kilometers depending on the road condition, speed, and load weight which affects the unit's mileage when fully charged.
