it's odd that your build doesn't have dragunity couse, as that's the only way to synchro summon barcha.
additionally, i'd also run hieratic dragon king of atum, as well as dragunity romulus in the extra deck. 1-3 copies of dragunity glow to search or recur dragunity arma mystletaenn is also a good shout.
glow's gy effect is also really good, as you can equip gae dearg to mystletaenn, then use glow in gy to special summon gae dearg from the backrow to use its effect again, then overlay for atum.
samsara dragon is a good extender, allowing you to recur mystletaenn, with which there is an interaction with hieratic seal of the heavenly spheres where you can use samsara dragon, return mystletaenn to hand, then immediately tribute summon it over heavenly spheres, which will trigger its effect to summon a dragon from deck.
zephyros the elite is a great extender for the deck that is searchable by gae dearg. with it you can return ravine to hand to use the search effect again if needed.
dragunity oubliette is a searchable counter trap, and a decent 1-of.
bystials are good extenders and hand traps
dragunity whirlwind is a good going 2nd option. with it, you can summon 2 dragunity monsters from deck, and if your opponent has a monster summoned from the extra, you can immediately synchro summon. you could go into gae dearg, which is where you want your combos to start, or black rose dragon for a 1 card board wipe.
your best combos are 1.5 card combos with remus + a random discard, which can get you on an endboard of spheres, crystal wing, areadbhair. you can get the same results using senatus with an apropriate discard, but that requires a normal summon, where remus doesn't.
