I always wanted to work at De Pride Isle, but i heard the community is toxic, nurses have too much pression, etc, so i have some couples question if you can answer them, how long i have to be inactive ( without telling why ) to get demoted? Is the work that hard? How much i have to work a day? And is the community is THAT toxic?
Most nurses who work at DPI put pressure on themselves to shift, get promoted, be professional, etc. My advice is to have fun instead of overworking yourself. It's just a game after all, don't take it too seriously. As long as you don't go inactive, without shifting, for 5+ days, you shouldn't worry about being demoted. Make sure to shift at least every few days for like an hour. Distance yourself from problematic/toxic people. Other then that, most of the staff are actually really friendly and fun to be around.

I became dormant to take a break (inactivity notice) right now I have the same power as a refugee and I’m banned from DS games until my inactivity notice ends. I’ll get my rank back soon.
I just got unbanned from de pride isle I wanna join back the discord I can't bc when I do the links expire or it'd says the link is invalid what should I do
i'm not sure... is the link an invite sent from someone or the direct discord link? i'd try to go to the divine sister roblox group and join from there if you haven't tried that already.
