well this was quite a very interesting halloween story that was from henry's forest, an engine similar to molly was sent to an old branch line that was stored with gunpowder, some supernatural moments, and getting to see D261 blew up his second chance on being purchased before he left. wow, what a story. you and the others that took part of this film definitely did an awesome job on this story you written.
This was the first time in a long while where I was genuinely on edge when watching a Thomas story. This is how you do it. Answering questions but not too many. Leaving in suspense. Not to mention dreading when something horrifying will show up. This was smashing good work.
I feel as though they could have answered a couple of more questions. How a diesel could could vanish from Sodor without the other train line wondering where he went, or if the red light disappeared after some sort of sacrifice by taking the diesel?
if I’m correct the reason we never saw D261 again was because Henry sacrificed him to the spirit or the god which was causing all the trouble which made it come out and observed and determined Henry was not worthy of being a sacrifice due to him give giving a sacrifice
10:01 the WHISTLE, love it! Honestly this amazing production and it's sequel are making such a great new story for Sodor's catalog of horror and the supernatural.
I’m not usually scared of horror Thomas content, (with a few exceptions) but this made me feel like there was going to be a jump scare or something throughout the entire video. It’s night while I’m watching this and I moved from my desk to my couch because I thought I’d be less scared there if something did happen.
All I can say is… WOW. This is definitely one of the best fanmade Halloween content I’ve seen. I like how it takes place during Bowled Out as well. There’s a lot I’d like to talk about, but we’d probably be here all day if I did.
This was a nice take on a ghost story, this is by far the best thing i saw this spoopy month, love how there was always a red hue until the Diesel disappeared
I wonder if the diesel angered the spirits or if they like Henry? Cause it seems almost like they were protecting Henry. Great job it was a true horror story
The usual fan production woes (some poor VA and patchy audio work) aside, this is easily one of the most captivating fan productions I've ever seen. Well-paced, well-"filmed", a brilliant mixture of a classic Thomas tale with a completely original horror story that manages to suspend without ever becoming too silly or try too hard to be disturbing. Bravo.
26:45 seems henry got an idea of my "nope situation" where is there a considerable amount of danger i'll go "nope" and do anything in my power to get away or terminate the danger
If you look back at this first video, most of Edward's stories here have foreshadowed actual lore; the standing stones are connected with the treasure Stafford tells Percy about and the stuff the military uncovered under them, the monster that stalks Killdane is the monster Rosie encountered during the war, Godred being the engine Thomas talked to about Percy, and while the murderous engine made of scrap seemingly hasn't shown up yet, we do at least have the murderous engine part: Lady in this series has been confirmed to be going around and killing engines (as well rolling stock and people) while harvesting their souls to lure in new victims (she has also been seen to transform one of these souls from a human to a truck and herself from an engine to a person and back in order to accomplish these goals).

This is a good example of how to do a horror/spooky Thomas story. I was legit on edge when Henry's encounter near the end. What i also love was how nothing was truly answered. It was all still left a mystery of what really happened. Great job
Awesome production! The visuals and voicing are done quite well. However, if I may offer a suggestion, I'd consider turning down the volume of the music in some places. It's a little too loud/distracting during some parts of the narration and I struggled to hear what was being read. But overall, great story. The amount of effort put into this seriously shows!
Impressive stuff! The quality is very nice, and the choice of putting the story where you did in the timeline is really well done! The writing here is also very well done! My only real concern is the voice acting is quite lackluster, with fairly flat delivery. D261 and Edward's voice actor did a good job, but the others don't hit that note. Also, Henry and the diesel moving on their own, it just took me out of the emersion. All and all, very nice story! I'm very happy to see you tackle original stories of your own!
I like to think that was another dream. When you're dreaming, you're just going in the motions without realizing it. The fact that Henry was back in the shed and D261 leaving the island, leaves us wondering. Did that really happen or was it another dream? We don't know as we never got to hear if D261 experiences what Henry has seen or not. I guess this story was sort of like "Duncan gets spooked", where some things aren't answered and it's for us to decide.

Um, so the plane and those lorries. Do they actually come because of the false alarms? Or is what happened to that Diesel a sort of regular occurrence? If it was the latter, it would explain why lorries instead of fire engines showed up. Then again, if it was a regular occurrence, why would they only now cover up the line for good?
