Hey, this is great! I had the same problem (and it looks like a lot of other people did too) with how slow Joe Dispenza and some of his offshoots speak. I find it so annoying that it has the exact opposite effect on me to relaxation. I'd thought about recording the mediations for myself, but I don't like to listen to my own voice, so thank you, thank you, thank you! Now, after having put it on a back burner for several years, I can get back on track. Thanks a million!

I am a student of Dr Joe's, and I am always apprehensive to try other versions of his meditations. But today I gave yours a try and it was wonderful! This meditation actually gave me new insight into his teachings. At the end when you asked us to create by bringing pictures into our mind, holding it and then releasing it to the greater mind, we are given no time to practice this, I would have liked a short pause to do this, this is one of my favorite parts of the meditation and so important ... But other than that it was really great. I will be back and I will be doing your meditation again. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

Amazing meditation! I’ve done Dr. joes blessing of the energy centres meditation however I found the steps confusing. This meditation was direct and was easy to get into the state. Thank you ❤
wow !!! such an amazing meditation, at the beginning i wasbt sure whether i want to try shorter version and i had my doubts about how will it change the way i perceive the information as i got used to to the Dispenzas original version, nut its been so great ! thanks a lot for your effort !

I do actually agree and had those thoughts myself... and sometimes, esp if you do a meditation twice a day... of which i spent 2 hours twice a day... those annunciations put me off with regard to focus... as those rounded vowels would make me giggle at first... wondered why he stretched his voice like that...which also did lead to thoughts of doubt... but also agree, no better teacher has there ever been before... life changing if you actually go deep... esp with deep rooted trauma... and understanding your "weird quirks" for what they actually are, really made me laugh... how easy when you know what to look for... and a quick punt for Dr Mate also... my two only doctors I go to, to counsel myself... in South Africa we are but a handful in a extremely deeply unconscious society... so thank you world for the internet and covid as weird as it sounds... I found myself!! Be blessed and live in abundance daily threw your love and presence in this quantum space! namaste

He lives in my area, so I had the chance to meet him at a talk on his book, When the Body Says No. It must be a challenge to hold a sense of consciousness in such a deeply unconscious culture. this is great thanks, this is much better than the original. i have the original JD meditation version but I find it's too busy, on top of him talking there's an ohm chant a synth. a piano and a guy singing along to the piano notes at the back.
You're welcome. I found his version difficult to listen to for all those reasons and I found it too long. Even my version at a little over 45 minutes is a commitment, but I've found it very helpful in clearing negative issues...I've done it so many times!
I like your voice! Its hard for me to do the pressing the lower centers to squeeze the energy up, I have most of Dispenza's meditations but I'm not sure I'm doing it right. Do you have tips on this breath ? Thanks
Thank you for your kind comments! No, I don't have any tips on that breathing technique as I found it difficult to do as well. I practice a different style of breathing and meditation, it is slow, rhythmic and as quiet as possible...no thoughts, no desires, just complete stillness. I found this water rising meditation super helpful in healing many layers of inner conflict, then I was able to move into the quiet meditation.
I'm glad you found it helpful. You will get a sense of how often to do this based on how you feel afterward. I found I cleared a lot of negative emotions with this meditation, so needed a break for a day or two between. I did it for about a year and then found I didn't need it anymore. Listen to your inner guidance system and you will know what is right for you. 🙏💖
Thanks for this méditation truly inspired from Dr Joe, but for me, there is too much talking, i do not have enough time to think and talk to myself, therefore i think there should have more quiet moments without words from you. Thanks a lot anyway, greetings from France !
Thank you for your feedback! I think you would prefer Dr. Joe's version of this meditation then. He does leave long gaps in between the words with more quiet moments. It does make for a longer meditation, about 70 to 75 minutes.

It just takes time. Not everyone can imagine these sensations easily (I have a hard time with visualization myself). So, simply practice and let the sound of my voice and the music bring a sense of relaxation and when you get to the part of letting go of emotional issues, follow the steps as directed.
