FS Modulator 6024 Flood Siren Test - Cannon Falls, MN

The city of Cannon Falls, MN uses their sirens to alert residents of both tornado warnings, and flood evacuation emergencies. Every first Wednesday of the month, these sirens are tested. At 1 PM, the tornado warning message is sounded, and at 6:30 PM, the flood evacuation message is sounded.
The purpose of the flood evacuation messages is to alert residents in case of a catastrophic dam failure at the Lake Byllesby Dam, in which case a flash flood would rush down the Cannon River valley, right into the heart of Cannon Falls. The dam itself is only a mile and a half upstream, so residents would only have minutes of warning time if even, so every second provided is invaluable.

I have always wanted to film a Modulator but the nearest ones to me are in Monroe County, MI or the one I know of in Detroit.
