My advice is if you have the iron will and confidence in your abilities then just jump directly in hard or the hardest questions and start by learning the concepts one by one it just takes time but you'll definitely learn the stuff that you won't forget soon because you've spend alot of time solving just one part of the problem

sir i can solve easy level question in brute force solution, should in move into medium level question or i try to find optimal solution of easy question and then move to medium level.

It's really unfair people study mechanical civil ece yet they do job related to coding (if they are not interested) which is 90per case , if coding is that important then please introduce coding as a compulsory course through 4years of engineering replace engineering drawing with data structure.....
Atleast they can put these subject in elective.
