To be fair, this machine sucks on many levels. The seated one is way easier and more natural and gets wider muscle range.
100% agree. The only time I get weird aches and pains is when I do the machines. Force u into rigid biomechanics, imo the way she did it will probably cause less pain for her than if she did it “correct”
you're crazy if you prefer the seated one. This one is 1000x better. On the seated one you have less control due to always feeling like you're popping off the seat

Heels are supposed to move towards your butt but she just kept raising the base of her feet towards the gym ceiling. Not a big mistake but unexpected lol

@@Mfkriptoblank-he6lu yeah u only bend the knee, its for your hamstrings
your quads and knees are supposed to stay on the larger padding itself while you perform a rep it should never lift up that way. Also you're supposed to contract your hamstring muscle during a full rep while bringing the ankles up but instead the smaller round padding literally rolled off her ankles and into her inner knees lol. That small rounder padding around her ankles should stay in place during the exercise.

@@dg6099 pretty bad and uncoordinated. I had the same problem when I started working out. She's a complete beginner still learning how to move her body. I've actually seen worse believe it or not.
