Hey man. I just wanna let you know, your late night drives really helped me during depression. They gave me a sense of calmness. You prevented alot of my suicides. Listening to music was the only reason i lived. Life wasnt peaceful or even a bit pleasureful it was negative emotions after negative thoughts again and again. 1 year of pain followed by 5 months of depression i went through. Depression is short, because it truly is truly is painful, nobody could endure a long depression without suicide. I dont expect people to live depression for more than a year its almost impossible, its suffering day by day. The only way to not suicide, is to escape depression. The way for me was the book the power of now. And im still a bit struggling sometimes and thats okay. TO ANYONE OUT THERE, please there is hope, there is help, the book, the power of now is amazing. If u dont have money check out, the summaries on youtube and he has a youtube channel. Eckhart tolle is the writer.
for healthy people, who were not born clinically depressed - depression is not real. There are things or people that make u depressed, u may feel depressed cuz u want a gf/bf, or u feel lonely cuz u dont have no friends, or u want this car and that house, move to a diff apartment, city, country. Or u dont have enough money and living shitty 9/5 life. You can fix all of that hence why its not real. As soon as you find or get what u desire ur so called depression will disappear. So stop feeling down and go do something about it, go for whatever u desire. Otherwise, it'll never change.
@@tatianab8406 hmm not really, the reason i was depressed was because i had too much thought, i was never present, always thought after thought making me feel so much negative emotions. Everyday was suffering. Id consider it depression. Its a mental illness. I was suicidal everyday. Even now i still have those thoughts, but they no longer harm me because i am in the NOW i observe the thoughts with acceptance.
