Thank you so much for sharing your experience with anxiety when it comes to going to events. I’ve been going to Anime and gaming conventions for YEARS. However the year before lockdown I started started experiencing con anxiety and overstimulation even though I already knew that my anxiety is triggered by other situations. When I told some of my friends about that they thought it was weird. I’m so glad I don’t feel alone when it comes to stuff like that anymore ❤️ Also safe travels to Japan!!

I've been struggling with my anxiety a lot recently so hearing people talk about it happening to them normalizes it for me. I hope you've been doing better, you're a strong beautiful lady! I'm happy you mentioned taking it easy on yourself, that's been my motto so far to help me through the beginning of this year. I hope anyone else struggling figures out what's best for them too. ❤
