Pls don't max 1st ability, it don't even decrease CD and only give 15% more slow IF u tuch it.. Maxing 2nd and 3rd is way better

So true. The game is good but the afk, griefing, and toxic players in rank matchmaking make me wanna quit.

@@KamBenni3the game is so good but the matchmaking is what is so bad. You have 10 people in a match that should never be playing together. Or the 10 people are distributed all wrong. You will have 3 GM peaks with 2 master peaks playing againt one challenger peak and 4 Diamond peaks in the same lobby. Gameplay is great though that’s how we keep coming back 😂 in my opinion

First ability technically hits twice. Once before the bounce and once after. What happened from what i could tell was it bounced outside the map/inside of the wall/outside the bush when it wasnt giving vision.
Milio is Definitely Not OP. Shes Basic at Max. I play in GM Rank, and i can tell you, I don't think i saw a Milio Win a game yet. SO much more better Supports (lulu, Lux, Soraka, Sona). All the Good ones outplay her. I think she might get a Buff or Re-work.

W max first is also viable if you have a really long range adc like caitlyn or lategame tristana as a partner. Can hit the tower outside of its range
Nice breakdown video. The only question I have is why purchase Mana boots when Harmonic Echo solves his mana issues? I would think to treat him like Seraphine by rushing boots of Lucidity to help with his CDs

level up your heal first it gives you and your allies extra auto attck range and lowers its cd that ability is he is bread an butter then you shieled for the cd reduction and ms buff and lastly your first ability since it add only base damage and some slow and it doesnt even decrease its cd
Damage is a form of damage mitigation, in this scenario you poke the enemies with high base damage(bonus points if you go comet with scorch and cheap shot) then they just lose lane cause they lose half hp off a single ball.
Can anyone tell me why you should max e first? It seems like the weakest ability to me. The dmg on q is very good, the heals and buffs from w as well. E is just a shield and a small one at that?

Emerald is easy to achieve, and players at least know the meta there and mechanics. Diamond is the sweet spot
Is Milio strong like blind pick strong right now or is he a situational pick?
I would say he is in general great but even greater against engage sups because his Q stops for example Leona E and it's a knock back
But if you want to be a beast as Milio you have to space that well that even your Q hits your mate and an enemy for the maximum damage :)
(Just my opinion anyone can correct me if I'm wrong)
i main support in challenger, and he’s underwhelming, if you play for the health, just pick sonna man. Most supporter is good if not outright better.

Short Answer...No..Shes not Strong. She's a Basic Supp Champion. I Would Say very Situational, Only against High CC Champs i guess. And even then, she seems so weak vs them. Idk maybe they buff her or re-work.
