If you’re wondering why epic woolabee didn’t have a different animation, the ones with different animations are seasonal monsters, which is why Schmoochle had a different one.

A quick tip if you want to make a huge amount of shards. upgrade your magical sanctum castle and fill the island with as many clackulas as you can fit, if they are level 10 and you have 100 of them (which is reasonable after some time), you can get 16500 in the morning and before going to bed, easy shard farm. you can do the same with ethereal island but filling your island with jeeodes. It is kinda micro heavy so if you dont have the time its understandable, but its very helpful especially for tribe rewards, and of course ethereal workshop.

I had the same experience with Piplash, where I didn't know how to feel about its sound, but it quickly grew on me and now it's a staple of the Workshop song.
Also, Epic Schmoochle is not worth buying with diamonds.
Assuming you have Enhanced Breeding and Incubation structures, and the boost from the Seasonal skin, if you got Riff for every failed attempt, each attempt will cost 32 diamonds.
Epic Schmoochle costs 1,000 Diamonds, so you have 31 attempts before buying it would be more cost efficient.
However you're much more likely to get Quibble which has a total speed up time of 12 Diamonds, so if you somehow got an even split of Quibble and Riff, you have about 57 attempts.
But assuming you have all Torches lit, it should only take about 20 - 25 attempts.
One last thing, I'd buy the Seasonal event skins. One of their boosts is that it decreases breeding time by 10%, which in the long run saves countless diamonds, especially if you're a content creator who relies heavily on speeding up to create content.
These boosts are active even if you don't have the skin activated.

I’m gonna be plain honest, I don’t like piplash. It ruins that bit it’s in. Before, it used to be more soothing but now it’s a bit jittery? Compared to Venshun who is a masterpiece of percussion, piplash just doesn’t make the cut for me. It could have been a vocalist but it is now Nitebear bad.
