My seat is secure if pushed to front of car like you tested...but the opposite direction is really unsecure. I.e if i push from back of car seat into the back of car direction. Nothing securing it to stop that...im so confused.
@@Slava-om1sz I spoke to the business i bought it from and they have clarified. So the red pins close over when you move it out of the upright position and its not on the isofix because it is not safe to use this chair with the seatbelt in any other position than fully upright. So infact the red pins arent to keep the belt in place but to stop you threading them through if not upright. Hope that helps- thanks
They aren’t meant to be locked when in a car. They’re an opposite kind of safety feature. It’s possible to make the Cloud flat which is safer for baby to stay in if Cloud is attached to a buggy frame. However, you can’t use it (fully) flat in a car (not safe) so if you make it flat, the seatbelt hooks lock up to prevent wrong kind of use. When flat the Cloud also does not attach to its base. So either way you need to turn it back into its normal shape to use it in a car.

When I place my chair it is quite securely fastened and can't move towards the front end of the car, but it can easily move towards the rear of the car. Is that ok?
@@BabyLadyUK1991 hi, thank you, which lie flat car seat do you recommend? My wife is expecting in April and we drive 3 hours to my parents house every couple of weeks.
You have literally saved us on so many tight spots, with the car seat and the pram!! Brilliant, you are the most helpful person on the Internet.
Thank you for such lovely feedback :) We are so glad that we could help you with everything :)

Brilliant, thank you
I couldn't, for the life od me, figure this out by the pictograms on the seat itself. Thanks!
Wow the instructions on the seat weren’t clear at all, thanks for this!
You are very welcome
Thank you so much! Logic thinking left my brain eons ago

So glad you found this helpful
Can you use this in the lie flat position in the car?
How to get those red pins back in that secure the belt? Those are not shown in the video
Did you find out? I am trying to get this information. Thank you
@@melanietelford5514 the only thing I found is that they intract when the leg part gets compacted.

Great video anyone know how to lock the pins across that are on the bit you slide the first bit of seat belt through?

Hi great video how do you do it facing forwards?
Hi Ross, All infant seats must be fitted rear facing never forward
Very useful video. Thank you!
You are most welcome : )

Are you allowed to fit the seat like this in the recline position?
No. You cannot recline the Cloud Z when installing with the lag and diagonal seat belt.
What do you do if the seat belt is too short and won’t go around the back?
We would recommend using the Cybex Base Z as when using this, you do not require the use of the use of a seat belt :)
Thank you, that was really helpful.
Is it ok to do this for the front seat?
Yes as long as your airbag is deactivated
Hi do I have to fit the seat belt with the iso fix ? Or is this purely for without a isofix ? My baby is due tommorow
Hi, you do not need to use the seat belt if you are using the isofix base :-) Good luck with baby
Thank you, but you put the seat belt over the area where the baby feet are, so how am I supposed to put the baby ? This is so annoying
Can you use this in the lie flat position with a seat belt?
No this is not possible I'm afraid.

Thanks, it helped me out to understand how to fix my seat, even if it is not exactly this one !
Let's try it now ! :D
We are really happy to help
Are the babies legs supposed to be over the belt on the bottom?
No the seat belt should sit over the top of baby.
@@BabyLadyUK1991 thanks for the reply. It seems pretty hard to squeeze babys legs under the belt.
Put baby in first and then secure the car seat
Whats the difference between this and the cloud z2?
The cloud Z2 can recline in the car.
How to but it in the opposite way when baby is more than 6 month?
This seat cannot be installed with either the seat belt or the isofix base forward facing.
Baby is safer to be rear facing until they are at least 4 years old, in an appropriate rear facing car seat
nice video thank you madam
