Dr Abdul Salam was a great scientist and his findings give a new dimension to science / physics . He deserved noble prize for his outstanding achievements and there was no confusion about it . Pakistani molvis were heartbroken at that time because he was the first Muslim Pakistani who achieved this but problem was movlvis didn’t want an AHMADI to have such a respect in the world so they did propaganda at that time and deprived pakistan with a great scientist and modern molvis are doing same thing in this time and age to not to admit him as a noble laureate.
