Great video! I just set this up for my org, but I’m having a slight issue. When I go to click the create new record button, I’m only seeing the ability to create a new task, I’m not able to create an opportunity, account, etc. How do I fix this?

Thanks, so with Sync alone it is possible to sync outlook events to your salesforce calendar and viceversa?

With the Sync in the settings, you can control if the Sync runs bi-directionally or one way. If it runs one way, you can have events synced from Outlook to Salesforce and of you set it to run bi-directioanlly, it will create events in your Salesforce and Outlook Calendar.

I'm here to ask you a question. I need to implement this. That all the activities that the agents generate in the accounts (visits to their clients) can be synchronized with the Gmail calendar so that they have a better traceability of their agenda. Can you help me with this?

Unable to find salesforce Inbox chrome extension,

Salesforce has since removed the dedicated Inbox app. The regular Salesforce Chrome extension now accommodates the inbox features based on the permission set assigned to the user. chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/salesforce/jjghhkepijgakdammjldcbnjehfkfmha
