In my opinion, the most amazing thing about BJ is his ability to keep the fire burning that makes you accept the pain of climbing hard. Well done, Beej. And great video, Nate.
Great climbing, really impressive and such cool videography. The line and the crag look awsome. I would have loved to have seen an comepletely uncut version of the send. The only thing that I feel weird or confused about is the fan down at the big flake. But then again I'm not nearly at their level... just wondering what that was about? Is the route just starting there or what is going on?
dude just tops it and goes "okay" like it wasn't absolutely insane. damn
LETS GO
@@philiplutz9709 LETS GO COME ON
Love seeing BJ’s stuff being promoted…He has been a real pioneer of high end sport climbing in Wyoming. His stuff is proper!!!!
How old is that guy?
Cowboy old.
Love having some lead on here, more please, this was great!

music is killer and the videography is top notch. great edit!
Nice work filmmaker Nate! The spiraling aerial's did stir up my disequilibrium a bit....
loving the mellow content lately, keep it coming!
Damn, Nate. Excellent work. A proper showcasing of the Temple.
Nothing beats the route climbs from mellow!
A lot of pressure to finish a project like this before the season is over. Didn't crumble under it. Solid man
Love when we get a route climb on Mellow!
the choice of music though!! #Portishead
Such an amazing looking crag too! The aerials really showed it off well
Savage! Gets me so psyched!
Love me some Portishead!
Makita Fan tech showing up more in sport climbing 👀
I was surprised to see a sport climb on mellow...but then I saw the fan and it all made sense.
That was intense. Mellow never disappoints.
very nice indeed - thanks mellow
Such a non-linear bolt line only makes this all the more impressive. Big ups!
What a location!!!! WOW
I wonder is Pneuma is a TOOL reference.
My thoughts too

Well done man!
Nice.
legend
Wyoming represent!
That’s awesome
Most impressive American sport climber.
Dude really unclip and reclip into the next draw in one move (likely to reduce drag), what a guy... 6:14
Was thinking the same thing. Not that familiar with lead to understand that tactic fully.
so does the fan make it partially an aide send? 🤣🤣
I only climb 12a do you know whether I could climb 14+ if I stuck fans up my projs?
fans are aid
14d A0 for sure lol
haha. I had to stop watching after I the shot of the fan stuffed in the crack/flake.
Awesome contect, BJ is legendary. But Makita blowers mid-route?? Just let them be hoisted along then!
Good idea! 🧠
Wouldn’t be a mellow video without a makita fan!
what a freak
