And mam the veena which I bought sounds slightly different from which I practice in class mam..So how to tune the veena...is thare is a universal swara for vena mam
Just an information which I got from few of my friends who play veena. You can try tuning the Veena as mentioned in one of the Videos by Sujatha mam.
Next thing is the tonal quality is different based on different aged Jackfruit wood. This is what I hear and this is what I saw in few musical shops.
