6:53 - this method was used by Charles Bronson. He spent most of his life in prison, specifically in solitary confinement with no equipment. But he didn't give up, he didn't complain about that. Instead he became stronger and even wrote a book named Solitary fitness. He proves that we can train anywhere and anytime, no excuses

As a fellow swimmer be careful how you train. I think like Bruce took away different things from many disciplines. The best thing we can get from Bruce is training with overcoming isometrics to increase bodily awareness . The rest I would be wary of aside from light weights

Bruce was incredibly strong for his size. He could take a 75lb barbell and from a standing position with the barbell held flush against his chest, he could slowly stick his arms out, lock them and hold the barbell there for 20 seconds, that's pretty damn tough for a guy who at the time only weighed 138lbs. What really helped Bruce perform better is that he dropped practicing wing chun by 1970 according to his personal training schedule in the art of expressing the human body and focused more on boxing, kickboxing and weight training. He stopped practicing the wing chun forms by 1968 and by 1969 he told William cheung: "I’ve lost faith in the Chinese classical arts… my line of training is more toward efficient street fighting with everything goes, wearing head gear, gloves, chest guard, shin/knee guards, etc...I’ve named my style jeet kune do, reason for my not sticking to Wing Chun is because I sincerely feel that this style has more to offer regarding efficiency.

It's amazing how many UA-camrs have claims about Bruce Lees secret life or some hidden training he did. Bruce Lee never went up to 165 lbs in weight and where are you getting this information from? Growing up in the 1970s and 1980,s I was a huge Bruce Lee Fan and read and purchased every magazine that had an article about Bruce Lee in it and every life story novel written about him including one written by his own wife.Never have I ever heard or read anything about Bruce Lee ballooning up to 165lbs.On the opposite he worked out all all the time and worked hard on the movie sets in hot humid conditions and was losing too much weight according to his own brother who said he looked too skinny when he saw him.
So please include the resources where you are getting this irformation from.

What were all the books he used in his research? I have been struggling with getting my going with building my strength and want to build my own routine off of the knowledge he used.

I think there's a comprehensive list of Bruce's sources for designing his program, plus he tested those things out on himself and students.

I’m following one of your programs and started supplementing with creatine. I heard it was a great supplement with high effect on your training. However I noticed no change at all in my training with 5g daily after many weeks. I upped my dose to 10g daily and still notice nothing. Du you know what to do?
