I was very familiar with the facilities in 70s time frame. The Bahr Clinic was in very good shape and trust me there weren't any ghosts. It's easy to let our imaginations roam when looking at the abandoned artifacts. The Bahr Clinic did release at least two soon to be serial killers: Steven Judy and Carl Brandt. However, the grounds were very well maintained and the staff was well trained and dedicated. People viewing this footage from that time frame would be astounded
Iremember going there as a child to visit my mom,she was there for long time.
