Looking at you car is like a mirror image of mine . 1998 SL500 R129 AMG (Sport Package). Black with mushroom interior. I see you have your top off, I trust your convertible top is functioning. You might want to consider purchasing WIS/ASRA software for Service/Maintenance purposes. I also purchased a C4 multiplexer with XENTRY software, a Dell 630 laptop (upgrade the memory) to fully diagnose the inevitable issues that are going to happen. I have tons of maintenance video that I have not uploaded and you are an inspiration for me to edit the video. If it wasn’t for the fact that you reside in Aruba, I would’ve driven my Mercedes-Benz to your residence so you could check it out. 😂
@@Maybe1Someday yep they’re made in Texas. We have the same color interior. I went with Bisque, it’s the closest color to what we have. When they arrive I’ll send you some pics.

I've owned a '95 , 96 and my now '97 R129 , all have 10mm bolts , that bolts the seat bottoms .

LSeat sells replacement seat covers. I just ordered them last week. Around 400 bucks. Not bad at all. Great video!
