Once -59 years ago- l was born near to the Atlantic. And than we moved, far away from her. Since 2021 the pull she has on me is significant! I follow my innerguidance. And am spending my time near her as close and often as can be. Being near her is my home! Home is where the heart is! The last 8 months l was near her in Portugal, now since a week in Galicia, Spain. Yesterday when me and my dog where walking on the beach l saw a Stingray that was flushed onto the beach 'screaming' for help. Just a few minutes before l picked up a piece of driftwood. And so l was able to pick the Stingray up and l could throw it back into the waves. This is my life! Cleaning the plastic of the beach! Being on the beach near my ocean! Being my TRUE AUTHENTIC self! Blessed! ❤❤
Yes yes yes! Lots of old traumas coming up to be healed. Such a strong calling to go inward. I’ve also been called to send love to Mother Earth and thank her. 🙏

Playing in dirt and plants is so grounding and healing. This winter we had to move from where we had been for 6 years and I felt soooo sad and displaced…. It’s onto the next journey but still mourning what had been… I transplanted my plants and my lettuce kept growing all through the winter!!!! Even through a gnarly blizzard in mi!!!!! I couldn’t believe it. I thanked the little plants for making it and just being in the new ground with me. It helped me feel my roots even though the location had changed ❤️❤️❤️🌱🌱🌱🌱love to you

wow! I’m experiencing the same with the hair fall out. It came out of no where. I have always taken hair vitamins too and never had this issue.
i'm also having major hair loss the last few months. had hormones checked and they are fine

I feel my body and mind changing so much as well. Many feelings around the heart, such as palpitations or short of breath. Lot of hair loss. But at the same time i feel so powerful and way more empathic, creative and understanding then ever. What a time. ❤
