I'm one of those people who has size 10 with a skinny leg. I have a very hard time finding slender boots. For some reason as soon as you go to size 10, you're supposed to have fat calves. I had a pair of riding boots in size 9 that I had to get stretched and had to wear thinner socks. I don't like boots that flop around on my legs like those black rubber farmer boots. People say, they look ok, I say they look like shit flopping around.

I kinda like the wider heel that's a bit beyond the stiletto, much like here. Still looks very feminine but is easier for the feet. :) I'd assume anyway, I don't wear them, I'm just... well, an incorrigible admirer.

Hi, I bought the first pair of boots from your video, size 3 (EU 36) however I noticed that the size runs small as I couldn’t close the zipper. I am thinking to buy size 4 (EU 37) now..thoughts about the size, please?
Saint Laurent makes the calves tend to be slim no matter the size of the shoe itself. I don’t think going up a size would make the shaft of the boot fit better. I’d recommend taking the boots to a cobbler and seeing about stretching the calves to fit a little looser. If you feel more comfortable you could try sizing up and if it works out I’d love to know.

We people with full legs can't find knee high boots either. The ones in the catalogues always have big ugly gussets in them. I'm not quite sure what type of leg they actually design for.

I found the 68 boots at a Neiman Marcus Last Call and the Linda boots from the Saint Laurent outlet at the Premium Outlets in Cabazon.

It’s a US thing- I moved from Uk to Usa and boots are a lot narrower in the UK and Europe - at all price points.
I cannot find any here in the USA that work for my calves and size 9/10 feet. Stuart weitzman work ok but not great

So before committing to a $1500 purchase, it's nice to check out what other ladies think about the boots, the comfort, durability, are they well made, can they be worn all day, is the heel going to come off after only putting them on for 2 occasions or the zipper going to malfunction? These are things we need to know!
