Ummm, HARD PAUSE at 15:04 Ruth "The sportsmanship in the cooldown room." Where we watching the same cooldown room? Lando Norris was head down, sulking. Lewis hadn't won in such a long time and they just gave him the silent treatment more or less. It was Lewis that had to make conversation and Lando was giving him monosyllabic answers. I know he shook his hand earlier at the podium, but c'mon they are so aware that thee cameras are there. I thought that was poor from Lando. Max, I don't expect it from him anyway.
@@gulmeenayagree, Max made me laugh, he was sipping on his drink in the corner, watching Lewis point out to Lando what he did wrong. Max raced himself to P2 and Lewis to the win. Lando is sitting with 2 champions, stop sulking and just try to learn from them. He’s not in their league yet!
I didn't know that strategists kept data on drivers - on how reliable their on-track feedback is, etc.. 😅 Was very interesting, even though Ruth can not really be very open about what she 'really' thinks about the McLaren strategy blunders at Silverstone.. 😅
Every race weekend throughout Fri, Sat and Sun I take a shot every time Ruth mentiones that she was a strategist. Over the last 5 race weekends I have spent a total of $2,483.37 on alcohol, been hospitalized foralcohol poisoning 5 times(every race weekend), had 4 kidney transplants and 2 liver transplants. DO NOT play the Ruth-Strategist drinking game.
Great interview. Ruth was a fantastic guest. She has brought so much to the F1 broadcast.
Thank you for having Ruth on
My first GP was 1960 - been around a while. F1TV is brilliant and Ruth has made it incredible - absolutely love her insights.
5:04 Bono is the race engineer of Lewis. GP is Max’s race engineer
ruth buscombe is such a joy to listen to
Effing love Ruth Buscomb.

Agreed!
Norris deep down wishes he could have a career like Hamilton, he’s just bitter. Lewis can only win in the fastest car, how’s that going for you Lando
Lando was most definitely sulking but Max and Lewis seem to get along just fine imo.

Best Goodwood Festival of speed ever. Silverstone was good too.

13:42 She is spot on. Lewis is like a traveling circus 😂
Lmao Ruth is definitely auditioning for job at Ferrari
From the title, I thought you were calling Ruth a King Foot. She is certainly the Duchess of Strategy ;)
Don't underestimate the Red Bull strategist lady Hannah Schmitz!
Ruth, go to Ferrari with Lewis
Could she be auditioning for a role at Ferrari next year? LOL
'Get in there Ruth!'
