Good to see another video! It's worth the wait, don't push yourself too much. I can tell you your projects are going way quicker than mine. Take your time and be well! As far as wheel issues, some wheels can be plugged and re drilled with a different PCD. Not sure it can be done to the LR wheels. Would be sick though. Maybe adapters work better with 5x100 hubs.

Hella is VAG oem supplier Votex is VW OEM performance aftermarket parts line which could be ordered at dealership. Zender is an aftermarket supplier as well. All lenses for vw are hella

I had the same lock issue with my hatchback....never fixed it just put in an after market remote lock used it that way till i sold it ...
Was excited about the rims... Would have been nice if it worked out ......

Looking back on the videos I realised I haven't shown the estate for a very long time.
It's so annoying, if I can't get a cabby lock worse case scenario I'll have to buy mk3 handles and replace all the locks
I know I really liked those aswell but I have an idea so I'm working on it now.

As for the lock, have you checked the pins drop dead flat when key is in the barrel? Even the slightest pin out of line will cause the issue? I had same with mine then managed to sort all locks even glovebox... Don't ask why 😂

@@Project7YT there's a guide on UA-cam where someone puts one together, just reverse it but you take barrel out (careful though as it's spring loaded if I remember correctly) but when you put key in the barrel, the pins should all sit flat, if there's one slightly out then what I did was just move them around until they sit flat. It's a bit fiddly but saves on getting a locksmith out to do it. My driver's door had to be broken and found how to repair it myself but I bought another handle and it came with another barrel so was able to chop n change pins. Even have spares.
And meaning about the bushes 😂 rear axles, subframe, top mounts, etc 😂🤣

You can on most wheels but these have a 100mm+ centre bore so there's no metal to drill too if that makes sense
