Ali Campbell was at Glasgow armadillo on the 7th and like you gutted i couldnt get a ticket love ali Campbell but thanks to leanne 1907 im watching the uploads that shes putting up the same as i did when the concert in memory of astro was there i watched the uploads from leanne as i live in Edinburgh but to me Ali Campbell is the voice of UB40 big love to everyone who is there xx
Ali is the true voice of ub40....there can never be another Ali and Terrence is missed so badly .what a fabulous night though ...took me back to 1990 when i saw them at the NEC birmingham ,Ali sounds as good now as he did then .Fabulous music the best ever birmingham reggae band of all time for me x
@@warrenwood2493totally agree with you I first saw UB40 original band members in my hometown of Scotland back in the 80s and from the first time I heard Ali's voice I loved it also loved the late astro with his toasting and he had a great stage presence at the concert I was pregnant with my son but didn't know but what a night we all had my son is 40yrs old now and loves the classic songs and the voice of UB40 Ali Campbell and he's heard the music his hole life even in my woom lol but to me Ali Campbell is the voice of UB40 and always will be 2024 he's sold out his hometown of Birmingham and he sold out Glasgow armadillo which is not far from me and we couldn't get tickets for love nor money but loved the uploads from Leanne 1907 and I have been singing and dancing along with the fans who were there in my house and what a fricking atmosphere as well but I'm hoping Ali Campbell the voice of UB40 will come back again soon and this time I'll make sure we get a ticket but totally agree with you x
