Everyone abusing Holy Bolt and calling their build one of the best.

Nope, not the best, this build is rated as an "A Tier" build, if you're looking for "S Tier" builds I would recommend Golem or Skeletal Mages Necromancer.
Holy Bolts are not abused either, they're there for a reason, to be used, if every build uses a Holy Bolts potion then they are all on even ground to be compared.
