No it's not. The liceneses were terminated and I imagine it was a little too expensive to maintain them for a record that is just filled with covers. And since they're no copyright on them I uploaded them for archival purposes. If Diodato and/or his label ever renew the licenses I will take these ones down but I wouldn't count on it ever happening knowing the industry so feel free to add to playlist or something.
