With the few pastors who are actually interested in soul-winning and having a move of God occur at their church it can be heaven on earth. For the vast majority of others, who want a comfortable retirement of Cruise Ships and golf courses they couldn't care less. In my decades of experience the truth is maybe 1 out of 10 pastors have any real interest in serving a church and God's people. Its very frustrating!
