- An unexpected snowstorm made navigating the forest service roads difficult, so we headed to Larrabee State Park, which is Washington’s first state park on the coast of Puget Sound. We also made a new camp cocktail.

Old Fashioned:
1-2 sugar cubes
2-4 dashes of bitters
2 oz bourbon
Ice - stir 30 seconds
Orange zest

Great video. We went camping this past week and weekend at Tims Ford State Park in Winchester, Tn. We found out that 4 nights in a teardrop is a bit to long. Will cut it down to 2 nights or 3 at the most. Glad your back ok.

Just watched you in the hoh rain forest. Looking to buy a tear drop trailer. I live on the peninsula. I also love to kayak and go in forest service campgrounds near alpine lakes. Usually Roslyn wa. Area. Loved your shelter set ups 😂

Yet another great video! I like the addition of a nice cocktail recipe as well. One question…how heavy is the teardrop when loaded? I have a home built teardrop that is about the same size. And can anyone stop at the scales along the interstate? Thanks.
Thank you! Currently our Pika is around 1700 lbs with all our gear and firewood. Do you know what yours is at yet? In regards to weigh stations, we only pull through one when they are closed and trucks are not actively using. Definitely don't want to interfere with road safety!

Hi. Just wondering how the teardrop handles those forest roads. I live near olympics and i know some are pretty rutted. Some places dont recommend trailers due to steep or unmaintained roads. Looking into building one in future and just wanted to see how "bold" you've been with it on those forest roads. Thanks
Handle them with ease! No issues or roads we couldn't handle in 3 years 👌🏻 Also, so much easier to turn around in tight situations. It is amazing but unfortunately its proprietary to Timberleaf. I'm sure there is something similar out there by now though!
