I have a brain disease that effects my Nervous system. It’s painful and really Hard to manage with medication. The audio helps my auditory system ground itself making the rest of me feel more steady. Kinda like the opposite of vertigo. The visuals refocus my brain off the negatives swarming around grounding me even more. When the cage you live in doesn’t work Anymore and the brain you have lies to you about reality you find new ways of not feeling so isolated and alone. This video reminds me of my child hood. We had a huge aquarium in our living room. Thanks so much for coming with me on my healing journey!
I've looked through so many of these videos, and this one is by far the best! The quality is great, the colors are vibrant, but mellow. The fish are so interesting to watch, and the switching between different tanks makes it engaging enough to watch for hours. I love putting it on my tv, and people always think it's so cool when they come over! LOVE THIS VIDEO

I’m struggling a lot right now, after I finished college I didn’t have the motivation to do anything. But I recently started going out more, and took one of my friends to a local sea life centre. It really brought back my love for aquatic animals a lot, and it brought me so much peace and cleared my head from any negative and depressing thoughts. Watching the fish swim through the water, and the music soothes me, it really keeps me at peace.
I'm not surprised at the soothing aspect of water (after all, it is the major portion of our normal body weight), and watching its inhabitants living peaceably together is calming. There must be a particle of remembrance deep within our souls that this awakens.
m in LOVE with this one. Infact when I would have a house of my own, then on one dedicated wall I'll have a projector installed and will play this beautiful video all day long, especially whenever I'd need some peace and relaxation. Hats Off to the creator.
