Pretty surprised that I didn't see any other videos on this channel other than this one and this video has been around for 6 years so far.
I did have other videos on here but unlisted them for various reasons, mainly due to people taking my songs, adding their vocals and copyrighting them. Was always meant to come back and revisit this channel with better precautions but focused my time on my illustrations/art (IG: jumo.art). I haven't played guitar in a while and my metal taste is still stuck in the early/mid 2000's, but I may make a comeback as I've been itching to record again recently.

Richard Pell Holy shit dude...like I thought I was good, but do you have any pointers on how to make your pig squeals sound more shrill or shreaky
Hey, thank you for your kind words!
I wish I was a better teacher but I'm afraid it can be difficult to articulate. Essentially pig squeals are no different than your growl but with the back of your tongue positioned to pinch the sound off(often aided by putting the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth, right behind your teeth). From there it really comes from your ability to manipulate and bend the growl that comes up. You should be able to do the exact scream with and without the squeal by just taking your tongue off of the roof of your mouth.
