The fact that better prison conditions lead to significantly better results in rehabilitation, massively relieve the judiciary and ultimately save a lot of money, must still arrive in the brains of many. But it is India, the state where radical Hindus do not behave better than Islamists, actually even worse. A nation that sooner or later ends up in even more chaos than it already is.
