Id want a world similar to the continents of real life, they all start at the middle aka africa, or start in africa, europe and asia, there will be no nations but when nations are established, depending on the biome they established it would be the one that establishes the buffs the nation get. Also some areas would not habe population and would have vast resources, it would be interesting to watch how civilizations would form given the similar starting senarios of the irl world

Can we all just appreciate that even if he wasn't the one to accomplish it, It was Bryx's idea of one grand nation of peace that basically became a religion amongst the world leaders who had many attempts at world peace before Zombiekiller ultimately was able to accomplish it? Truly incredible
Not all bry preached world peace while simultaneously assassinating leaders of other countries for wanting to exist in isolation peacefully. He was a tyrant preaching idealism who never would have achieved world peace if someone more qualified didn’t step in
This is a great civilization experiment. This is one of the top ones for me, since world peace was actually achieved. Despite all of the conflict, and betrayal within each nation, morality prevailed. The people came together, united under one banner, and brought their needless wars to an end. Great video.
Ah this is one of the better Minecraft civilization guides. World peace and not just a empty world after a bloody war, its not bitter sweet its overly sweet and I love it all the way till the end.
Even though BSgames was acting out of revenge and was a threat to world peace, I found myself cheering him on in the end. All his people, his friends had abandoned him. A tragic villain.
Most likely server got disconnected within an hour or two after the event, or, the majority of people left the server after. Talking if actually they did stay on the server, probably visit all of the other islands main population centres before leaving
i feel like this setup always leads to war as there is no benefit of diplomacy or trading. What if every nation would be able to craft or mine a specific essential thing that other nations can? this will encourage cooperation in the beginning at least.
World objectives should be given (not only elect a king, create a civilization). The team that manages to achieve more goals win. Some goals might be too hard alone, therefore "alliances" are a must - at the same time, we don't want for the leading enemies to win
No it really doesn’t, it’s caused by people who want to start a war. There is all the benefit in diplomacy and trading, but ideology is what sets them apart. If they were true nations they would most likely live quite peacefully with minimal contact beyond trade. Because their fake nations, people are willing to take unnecessary risks and play it like Stellaris so they can paint the map.
wow im impressed! I have watched as many of these civilization videos as i can get my hands on and every single one of them has ended in war- often due to each team wanting peace but becoming convinced that a different team was planning war, until someone finally breaks under the pressure and tries to get in the first strike, unaware that their target also wanted peace but suspected war as well. Its nice to see a happy ending for once. im impressed by how well this turned out!
It's really poetic. From an Exiled Man, disgraced from his nation and was driven away by his citizens, to a Hero saving the world from tyranny and terror of war. All Hail, ZombieDwarf. 1st Utopian King.

@@oblivion9619 Don't forget these civilizations videos are so frelling basic. There is no actual need to do trade or make alliances, so war is the inevitable conclusion. That or world peace, not out of any real benefits but because people just want to do world peace.
@@Stillonyx I mean, it depends. Like for instance prebuilding a world shouldn't affect the performance as this is stuff that already existed. And it also depends on how good the server and the player set ups are. For the quick record a week, edit, post videos style content yeah, it'd be frelling hell. But something like what RyanNotBrian's group did with their medieval server, a long lasting server that spans more than just a week would warrant more investment. Something like that, with what you describe (the roles and the pre build maps with certain resources in certain places) and maybe subbing out their weapon mod for Tinkers Construct, I could see that being pretty good.
I love how literally every single one of these ends up being the exact same. Add some frelling mods to make things like Commerce and food matter. Make a world from the ground up so that some regions have better metals than others and use whatever mod as the Tinkers Construct tools.

This was a whole movie, the only youtube video that got me hooked for more than 15 minutes. Amazing work and great content, i have never seen a thing like this. Bravo....
This was so much fun to watch. Obviously a lot of these events were pre-planned and somewhat scripted but having so many people join, means that ultimately its still technically random, with many ideas having to be evaluated for the best storyline. Good job coordinating and capturing everything!
I just got accepted into s3 and from what i can tell its not really that scripted? If people are going to do a massive plot thing they have to get approval so you cant just go around killing people
I've watched more than 8 civilization videos, and I have concluded that the best way to unite the people is to give the sort of power to fight a common threat.
It would've been really cool to see what would happen after the unification as well. What would happen to such a large nation? What would their struggles be? Would everyone be okay with this unification? Would there be more exiles due to conflicts?
I find it fascinating how realistic this is compared to real civilization. Great video! Especially with the assassinations, overthrowing, and massacres.
i never expected for everyone to go into true peace as in most of these experiments it ends with everyone mostly dead and while there is usually peace at the end the way they get the peace is though far more violence
I really love these types of videos, but I always have one issue. I would love to see one with a bunch of mods, and also where people can slowly respawn, or at least repopulate in some way, to follow the track of how an actual civilization might grow. Would also love to see a system where building certain structures would give you certain buffs (for example like building a statue for a leader grants a team bonus damage buff) to encourage building actual nations and cities.
Hope we can go a bit fantastical at some point.. Like incorporating the Origins mod or something, so some people can be different species all together.
Dude went through a redemption arc. From full on villain to finally realizing that he had been led astray and he had the chance to end the main threatening force in the world and becoming the unsung hero that gave world peace a chance of working. Big props to the dude
18k subs? I genuinely believe that you deserve 100 times that, this is a high quality video that I thoroughly enjoyed watching, thank you for the entertainment
Feels like watching a short movie where someone finally made a change and a good ending So good On my personal opinion, it's as good as the pioner civilization experiment The ending is akin to the ending of a good story, the burst of emotions It's so novel The experience is like reaching the ending of a novel, all those emotions coming together It's almost like wishing the story won't stop It's no longer a simple experiment, it's a story on its own The betrayal, dedication, and sacrifices all leading to a bittersweet ending The warped sense of world peace leading to major misunderstandings and conflicts Finally it all came to one man at the beginning of a story, someone capable The last battle between two people, one for revenge and one who can't afford to fail for everyone He's victorious in the end, achieving what no one has done before The soundtrack at the end showcase the emotions and his last speech hit the nail deep, Additionally the final part of his speech is so full of emotions What a good viewing experience
It would be really nice to see this kind of content presented primarily from the perspective of the players, with limited narrator commentary. The current narrator driven style makes for a very disconnected experience. I only say this bc this could be so much more entertaining if you would just show what happened rather than telling it. For example, when the jungle nation elects a leader, you tell us what's about to happen. You're audience is smart enough to gather that information from context. Just play some of the speaches and let us digest what's going on. This will allow us to get to know the players and build suspense. Since we would have time to learn about the different players and their origins, we would care more about this story. Instead, you just say who won the election. I don't mean to hate I just think this story has so much potential if some thought is put into how it's presented.
What you are asking for is 7 days worth of gameplay in video form. You'd be looking at likely a dozen or more hours of video length. It's not feasible and would be extremely boring overall, because the vast majority of those hours would be full of gathering/building and none of the political/fun stuff.
@@Shdnfncidjen I'm pretty sure I just explained the problem. You'd end up with hours upon hours of content that would be boring. Cut the resources, cut the building, you still have hours and hours of people talking.
@@slandshark why would the creator not be able to show 30 minutes of the best or most relevant content? Refer back to my original argument. Instead of playing even 30 seconds of the jungle nations election, we are essentially just told that there was an election and that there was a winner. Its bad storytelling and that's my only point.

Id want a world similar to the continents of real life, they all start at the middle aka africa, or start in africa, europe and asia, there will be no nations but when nations are established, depending on the biome they established it would be the one that establishes the buffs the nation get. Also some areas would not habe population and would have vast resources, it would be interesting to watch how civilizations would form given the similar starting senarios of the irl world
@xxx xxx What's the name of this channel?
@xxx xxx Took a look and I got a suspecion that the wars in those videos are pre-planned to generate more views and are not something organic that happens based on player personalities.

I find it very interesting how in this event you basically just left them alone, unlike a lot of other youtubers. genuinely interesting nations content without the same recurring characters who just kill

Truth
Can we all just appreciate that even if he wasn't the one to accomplish it, It was Bryx's idea of one grand nation of peace that basically became a religion amongst the world leaders who had many attempts at world peace before Zombiekiller ultimately was able to accomplish it? Truly incredible
I agree, huge W to Bry
Not all bry preached world peace while simultaneously assassinating leaders of other countries for wanting to exist in isolation peacefully. He was a tyrant preaching idealism who never would have achieved world peace if someone more qualified didn’t step in
This is a great civilization experiment. This is one of the top ones for me, since world peace was actually achieved. Despite all of the conflict, and betrayal within each nation, morality prevailed. The people came together, united under one banner, and brought their needless wars to an end. Great video.

i feel like this setup always leads to war as there is no benefit of diplomacy or trading.

The ending was so wholesome, loved it!

If people are going to do a massive plot thing they have to get approval so you cant just go around killing people
This DEFINITELY has to start being used in schools!
Students, spread the word about this!
This was a beautiful story, thank you. You’ve made my day🙃
I've watched more than 8 civilization videos, and I have concluded that the best way to unite the people is to give the sort of power to fight a common threat.
It would've been really cool to see what would happen after the unification as well. What would happen to such a large nation? What would their struggles be? Would everyone be okay with this unification? Would there be more exiles due to conflicts?
I would like to see a longer version of this where each player has 3 lives

I find it fascinating how realistic this is compared to real civilization. Great video!
Especially with the assassinations, overthrowing, and massacres.
The fact that this is the only civilization video that managed to end in peace is impressive, well done!
.-.
i never expected for everyone to go into true peace as in most of these experiments it ends with everyone mostly dead and while there is usually peace at the end the way they get the peace is though far more violence
Zombie, you legend.
Thanks for achiving world peace.
Somebody FINALLY did what I would do if I was in this experiment, deciding peace without war and talking instead
[Speech Check]
Mad respect for Rasplin, Yes he betrayed his own group yet its one of the reason Y world peace happened. 💞
Dude went through a redemption arc. From full on villain to finally realizing that he had been led astray and he had the chance to end the main threatening force in the world and becoming the unsung hero that gave world peace a chance of working. Big props to the dude

What an interesting and amazing use of the exile system I'm genuinely impressed
Exiling someone because they don’t want to share the diamonds THEY mined is the biggest form of laziness and greed lmao
Feels like watching a short movie where someone finally made a change and a good ending
So good
On my personal opinion, it's as good as the pioner civilization experiment
The ending is akin to the ending of a good story, the burst of emotions
It's so novel
The experience is like reaching the ending of a novel, all those emotions coming together
It's almost like wishing the story won't stop
It's no longer a simple experiment, it's a story on its own
The betrayal, dedication, and sacrifices all leading to a bittersweet ending
The warped sense of world peace leading to major misunderstandings and conflicts
Finally it all came to one man at the beginning of a story, someone capable
The last battle between two people, one for revenge and one who can't afford to fail for everyone
He's victorious in the end, achieving what no one has done before
The soundtrack at the end showcase the emotions and his last speech hit the nail deep, Additionally the final part of his speech is so full of emotions
What a good viewing experience
Preach
What you are asking for is 7 days worth of gameplay in video form. You'd be looking at likely a dozen or more hours of video length. It's not feasible and would be extremely boring overall, because the vast majority of those hours would be full of gathering/building and none of the political/fun stuff.
So cut the resource gathering what's the problem
@@Shdnfncidjen I'm pretty sure I just explained the problem.
You'd end up with hours upon hours of content that would be boring. Cut the resources, cut the building, you still have hours and hours of people talking.
@@slandshark why would the creator not be able to show 30 minutes of the best or most relevant content? Refer back to my original argument. Instead of playing even 30 seconds of the jungle nations election, we are essentially just told that there was an election and that there was a winner. Its bad storytelling and that's my only point.
Zombie stood before the people and had finally achieved what many thought was impossible. He will now be known as the Lord of the Black Banner.
