Is that what people say? I've never heard that. Hmmm, interesting. I always thought that Vermont pizza was fine. I haven't had a ton of pizza from other states, but I have had it and I never thought it was any better than Vermont's. Of all the complaints I have about Vermont, our pizza wasn't one of them. Now I have to rethink that, haha!
@@AngryVermonter I imagine there are not many paisans in Vermont. That's Italian for a countryman. I am Ukrainian and my dad would always go to the pizza place and shout, Hey, paisan. They thought he was Italian. He would reply to any comment with eh.
@@GailKuzyszyn Actually, there are a lot of Italians in Rutland, where I live. My great grandparents came over on the boat. Apparently this was a thriving community back then. But that was a long time ago.
I heard years ago that pizza in VT is awful. Is it still true???

@@AngryVermonter I live in NJ and it took us a few years to find a place where the sauce was a bit tart, perfection.
@@GailKuzyszyn Sounds like these pizza joints gotta step up their game.
